WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Toni is willing to provide you with a personal consultation by phone or e-mail to make sure you receive a wig that works for you, however, even with the best of efforts, occasionally a wig does not work. In this case, we will give you a store credit toward one exchange. There is a 20% restocking fee on all exchanges. Sorry we do not give refunds.
TO RETURN A WIG FOR EXCHANGE: You must call or e-mail us for an Exchange Authorization Code (EAC) within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted without this number written on the outside of the box. If the number is not there, the merchandise will be refused and returned to the sender unopened.
Exchanges on styled wigs must be returned with all tags and packing material included. Wigs that have been worn, cut, altered from their original state as received, or returned with the odor of cigarette smoke will not be accepted for exchange.
A copy of the receipt must be included with your return. A STORE CREDIT may be given based on the price of the exchanged item(s) as shown on customer’s sales receipt. Credit will not be given for shipping charges.
RESTOCKING FEE: Please order carefully. There is a 20% restocking fee per item.

CREDIT will be given based on the actual price of the item(s) paid by the customer as shown on a copy of the receipt, which must be included with the returned item. No credit will be given on any shipping charges associated with the order.
CUSTOM AND CUSTOMIZED WIGS: We will follow your specifications exactly on custom wigs, so be sure you give us accurate measurements and color information. The factory will make the wig based on the information you provide. Toni will be glad to work closely with you to make sure you receive a wig you will be happy with. We are sorry but due to the specific, one-of-a-kind nature of a custom wig, there can be no returns or exchanges on these products, unless there is an actual factory error or defect as determined by us and the manufacturer.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special order items are considered those which we have available, but which are not displayed on our website for one reason or another. We have many brands of hair goods available, and occasionally we receive a special order for a product not shown on our website. We do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders, and all sales are final on these items.
RED TAG CLEARANCE ITEMS: Red Tag items are heavily discount priced for inventory reduction. All sales are final on these items and no exchanges will be permitted for any reason.
STYLING TOOLS AND WET PRODUCTS: All sales are final on styling tools and wet products. No exchanges or returns will be permitted.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: We pledge to offer you only products that give you the best value for your money, and we stand behind our merchandise. If you think a wig you received has a factory defect, please contact us immediately. You will be given an EAC number, and upon receipt of the wig in question, we will examine it. We reserve the right to determine the defect, and if we agree that the wig is indeed defective, you will be given credit toward a replacement wig along with the return shipping costs. The item will be replaced with the same item where possible, and at no charge to you. There is no restocking fee on defective items.
